Susan Husband

Susan is a corporate partner at CB Law. She heads the firms legal practice and leads its service offerings and team. Susan specializes in corporate law and represents and counsels multinational companies on all aspects of Dutch corporate and business law. She has extensive experience in the design, feasibility analysis, execution, implementation and project management of business transformations, including the setup and liquidation of corporate structures, pre-merger carve outs, post-merger integrations, entity-to-branch conversions and other types of multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.

Susan’s expertise includes counselling on day-to-day corporate matters, and (the structuring of) major events in company life cycles, such as legal entity formation, branch establishments, capital placements and capital stock transactions, cross-border transactions, mergers, spinoffs, legal entity conversions, corporate governance matters, loan restructuring programs and liquidations.

Susan’s legal practice is particularly focused on advising on in and outbound corporate reorganizations within the European Economic Area, with a special focus on the implementation of cross-border mergers and conversions.
